Aly, Phillip and the cleaning staff make it a beautiful space to live. The community room, garden and rooftop were dope amenities that we used all the time. Aly was kind and punctual with communication, and Phillip was kind and prompt with repairs. The cleaning staff makes the place smell so good ever week. Cons? They use an AI bot to schedule appointments and it 1.) gives incorrect information about what units are available and 2.) spam emailed me 4+ times in a row after I said I'm no long interested, asking me to reschedule. Truly ridiculous waste of money on behalf of the property management at this place.
The worst inquiry for tour experience. I was automatically directed to a self-guided tour which I had trouble proceeding with the verification process and I did everything as requested. I called them, and the property management team told me that they can have someone giving me a tour on the day I requested. But later on, they called again and canceled the tour, saying that no one was available for the guided tour and I have to schedule the self-guided tour, or select another day for the tour.
