Square Meter Realty was representing the seller who I bought a house very recently. Before final offer I got a chance of half an hour to revisit the house. Their realtor was present at the location. He didn't allow me to turn on the HRV (heat recovery ventilator), I showed him a closet door was not closing fully, and he mentioned those would be fixed. Wasn't done. Horrible experience, one of the worst realtors I dealt with. James Zhang is just awful. He literally kicked us out in a very rude way. No manners whatsoever. I’d never recommend to anyone.
