The Square House team has been incredible. They take care of everything for my properties and keep the Airbnb guests pleased - so many 5-star reviews. Cleaning, maintenance, and guest services are superb!
Beware - Heath is dishonest and unprofessional. He refuses to honor a refund he promised. It wasn’t like we were unhappy with the location or how comfortable the bed was. You couldn’t provide basic utilities. No lights, no hot water, no lock on the door and several other issues you and your team are aware of. I understand you are not apart of the Airbnb conversations that we have with Customer Service, but they tell us not to cancel and that the host needs to cancel.
