I’m pretty disappointed with the Squamish location. The reception staff were unclear about why they were contacting me. I thought It was a solicitor, when in fact the call was regarding a referral. Because of the lack of clear communication, I ended up waiting for over a year and a half without any meaningful progress or explanation. As a healthcare worker myself, I don’t understand how a clinic could drop the ball like this.
