I had surgery at SGH a couple of days ago, and the patient care was top notch, I couldn’t have asked for more. From patient check-in, to post op recovery, the staff were very kind. Everyone was truly caring, so I hesitate to single any one person out, but Emily in post op was exceptionally sweet. Thank you to all who made my surgery a little less painful 🥰
Atrocious manners, specifically Nicole who answers the phone at the nursing station, terribly rude human being.
Had my surgery here yesterday. All I want to say is thank you so much to you all.. from reception, pre-op, my anesthesiologist, surgeon and recovery nurses… you are all wonderful..Christina, Fiona, Laura, Dr. M and Dr. PCZ Im recuperating very well. God bless you all Thanks again
I can't say enough good things about my experience at this hospital. From start to finish, every staff member was throughly kind. I am terrified of hospitals, and from reception, to pre nursing (Lana) to the medical team (doctors and nurses), to post care (Kristy) - everyone was simply incredible. I went from feeling terrified, to nurtured, relaxed (as much as I could be) and cared for. I highly recommend this facility - especially if you, like me, are afraid of hospital visits!
