Best training gym ever! No fancy bullshit, just useful gear and functional spaces to climb, train and shower. Long life to SAC!
Cheap price—and it shows in the condition of their equipment. Outdated, not serviced, and some machines clearly need replacing. A few of the usable ones have protective plastic peeling off, exposing the steel cables. Barely anyone wipes down their machines or brings a towel. One of the treadmills is slightly catching—I mentioned it to a staff member, but they had no idea how to fix it. I seriously doubt they meet safety regulations. Went to the gym for a year and a half. No frills but great value. One of the better gyms I’ve been to in terms of etiquette, putting weights in the right place, etc. My main issue is there is no area for mat exercises, so people inevitably end up blocking some piece of equipment when they set up. They’re in the process of expanding so hopefully that solves that issue. Thanks SAC!
