Better than a fancy hotel because… great/authentic/friendly people (guests and staff). The place is perfectly run, clean and comfortable with no hidden fees. In fact, kind of the opposite w/ well-appointed kitchen area and supplies, cheap bike lockers, grill, free rental bikes, etc. Nice amenities all-around. Can’t wait to get back and relax/work in the hammock. Location is killer for e-bikes, btw. Close to shopping and trails.
Awesome hostel! In NZ you don’t often get bedding or a towel as a part of your booking so this was a nice surprise. Great spot and would stay again.
