One thing all consumers want to feel when purchasing a car is they getting a fair deal. I traveled down from Jacksonville, FL. I met Emlyn Lemon, I would say she is a very good sales person. Very good customer service skills. She showed me a 2010 ES 350, a car I was totally not searching for because I was not fond of the console. After the test drive I felt differently about the ES. Purchased a CT200h for my wife from this dealership last weekend, excellent service and very helpful. Unlike most dealerships they didn't waste my time! I plan on trading in my 5 series in for a new GS in a few weeks. I would highly recommend this dealership.
