Not worth it because of the inconvenience and the fees. No electronic payments, so you have to deliver checks to the management office. There is a $25/ semester (per tenant) non-refundable fee deducted from the security deposit for yearly carpet cleaning. That's $600 per apartment, and the carpets weren't clean to start. $17.50 was charged for a failed cleaning check even though no one reinspected, which is what the contract says should happen before cleaning fees are charged. Nice place, good parking and room size for the price. Runs about 500$ a month year round for private rooms. The management is good all things considered and Kathy responds well to maintenance requests. Would recommend
