Track bar was loose and had been popping for a while. Multiple shops didn’t fix it nor could find the problem. Stopped by spider, 10-15 minutes later it was fixed. Didn’t charge for their time and effort. Great shop great folks.
They offered a free diagnostic, they kept the jeep for a whole month, they couldn't find the problem to a misfired cylinder. Waste of time. I don't know why I was overlooked as a potential customer was it my race or sex. When I drove my jeep back home it wouldn't drive. So I received my jeep worse than I took it there. 1 year later I have another mechanic look at it and he explains that the large vacuum line wasn't attached back to its original place. Absolute experts. Super nice people. Very casual and friendly. The owner and I talked about how neither of us care about ratings, but he still deserves 5 stars. I trust them with my safety and my family’s safety. Also, they took my Bronco from kind of lame to awesome in a few hours. I’m a customer for life. Also, they love dogs. Never trust a person who doesn’t love dogs.
I have had spyder offeoad work on all my 4x4 heck even my camaro lol. Great guys, great shop,stands behind their work. You can also get company t shirts from Crystal that works there for a Great price.
