My dress shopping experience with Spybaby was a little over a year ago to date. Everyone was sooo helpful and sweet. I had a person one-on-one working with my bridal party and I which was sooo nice compared to other locations where you share a worker with like 5 other brides at once! I found the dress of my dreams on my first trip. It was the first dress I tried on, though I did try on about 10 more after that and kept going back to that first one! Thank you Spybaby!

I went here with my sister yesterday. She was so excited -the dresses were beautiful. Going through and looking however they had very limited selection in her size- which is a size 16 - which happens to be the average dress size for American women. The consultant was a huge disappointment. Instead of helping my sister try on dresses and talk to an excited bride about her wedding plans she was more concerned about the score of the Syracuse game and bragging that her kids go to Syracuse than helping my sister with the two dres... read more

I had another wonderful experience at Spybaby today getting my bridesmaids’ dresses! I had gone this summer to get my bridal gown and worked with Bree both times. She is beyond fantastic! She is personable, knowledgeable, and made my crew and myself feel both comfortable and excited to be there during both trips. This is a place I will always recommend a bride should go when she’s ready to look for her dress. The people are phenomenal, the selection is endless and they have so many different styles and designers to chose from. My consultant, Kara was amazing! So helpful and patient! She listened and really knew what I was looking for and she was great at wiggling me into anything I wanted to try. Marie you are my hero. I want everyone to know what you and your staff did for me today. I was literally on my way, driving, to Florida for my daughter's wedding I was stopping by to pick up her dress and try on mine as it needed last minute alterations. I have to admit that I never really liked my mother of the bride dress from the beginning but seamstress Maria worked very hard to make me happy. I tried it on and just cried. Our dresses were beautiful, however I do NOT recommend getting alterations done here. Not only are they extremely overpriced compared to other places but every dress from the wedding I was just in that was altered here had something wrong with it, one of which hadn't even been altered.. and this also includes the bridal gown. I do hope that my fellow bridesmaids call for a refund. The wedding was beautiful but behind the scenes we had countless issues with dresses due to the (lack of) alterations.
