I said yes to the dress. My dress is Gorgeous. An amazing Maggie Sottero dress. Nicole was great and helpful to me. The owner Marie explained alterations very well to me to help get my worries put aside. I’m excited for my upcoming fittings/alterations. And can’t wait to wear my amazing dress on 5/30/2020.
I had been to another Bridal Boutique besides Spybaby & the customer service just didn’t compare. I was stressed & overwhelmed but working with Marie I was able to say yes to the dress! She was so helpful, she gave great advice & kept our thoughts organized which made saying yes very much enjoyable. Thank you, Marie!!! HIGHLY recommend Spybaby Bridal!
I went to Spybaby bridal yesterday and had such a wonderful experience! I had been in a few bridal shops before but this one was by far the best. I worked with Kara and she is absolutely amazing! She knew exactly what I was looking for and spent as much time as needed to ensure I found the right dress. Marie, the owner, is spectacular! I can’t say enough about how much I appreciated your help in finding “the dress”. Thank you so much ladies, you made this a memorable experience!
Excellent customer service!
I went to this boutique first before visiting a different one in Vestal the next day. I was not pleased with the customer service or the experience. There were no beverages available, we were yelled at to remove our shoes as soon as we entered, and received little to no help to try on dresses. They did have a wide range of plus sizes dresses to try on but it was not a pleasant experience. I went with a different boutique and won’t be returning.
