Placed an order, paid and then nothing after that. It has been 3 months, no answered calls, no call back, no replies to any of the emails I have sent. I just want my money or my product.
Purchased equipment from Spy Emporium. Did not receive equipment as contractual promised within a customer-vendor relationship. Went to the representative Sidney to locate my shipment. He went as far to speak with UPS to confirm it was lost but disappeared not answering any of my repeated emails and phone calls. Very unprofessional. I was out money with no promised equipment. So in essence, I gave Spy Emporium money without physically receiving the purchased product.
