I bought a mini video camera and paid $130 cash.The camera was so poorly designed, cheaply made, cumbersome to operate, and functionally problematic that I started researching the camera. Within 10 minutes I found the exact camera for $9.58. I told Carlos Gonzalez, the sketchy owner and he said on the phone "no returns" .
