First off, Erika is awesome. As unfortunate as it might seem, I have never had an easy time dealing with the rental process. She is professional, goes out of her way time and time again, always responds quickly, and most importantly to me, follows up to ensure any issue/confusion has been resolved. She does an exceptional job representing Spurr Management & Associates, and they should feel lucky to have her on the team.
Although the automated response was quick, when I called to get further information I was not happy. Erica was rude and totally unprofessional. I am not the type to leave bad reviews but she was very unhelpful and kept repeating the same information, completely disregarding my questions.
