Customer service was horrible and employees were very rude. They looked at me like I was in the wrong place. I was eight minutes late because of traffic and they wanted to reschedule like it would change the whole day. I have never been to any Dr appointments that doesn’t give at least 10 minute late grace period. I recommend Dr Moss at the Vision center
I love Dr Spurlock and his crew. Ms Pam may come off to some a little rough, but I think she's just right! It is a tough job people, have you answered a phone all day? Not a thinkless job(your making 1 appt. While she's thinking of ten) things get messed up sometimes but over all very efficiently ran office!
They told me over the phone that they accepted my insurance and scheduled me for an appointment in a week. I take time off work to come in for my appointment only for them to tell me that they don't accept my insurance and try to charge me 10x my copay. What's most irritating is that I shopped around with every optometrist in town and called twice to make sure that they would take my insurance.
