I love Dr Spurlock and his crew. Ms Pam may come off to some a little rough, but I think she's just right! It is a tough job people, have you answered a phone all day? Not a thinkless job(your making 1 appt. While she's thinking of ten) things get messed up sometimes but over all very efficiently ran office!

They told me over the phone that they accepted my insurance and scheduled me for an appointment in a week. I take time off work to come in for my appointment only for them to tell me that they don't accept my insurance and try to charge me 10x my copay. What's most irritating is that I shopped around with every optometrist in town and called twice to make sure that they would take my insurance. I haven't even walked into the place and decided not to go. The lady named Pam was EXTREMELY RUDE over the phone. I called to ask a simple question about setting an appointment and was hung up on. So i called back to set an appointment and she was STILL rude. I will never go there for my eye exam nor will i spend a dime in that place.
