I like coming here, especially early (5am) because it makes the rest of the day very enjoyable. I feel so much better. Plus, the people that work here and workouthere are friendly and fun to be around.
My only complaint is that the equipment needs to be better maintaned. Some of the exercise equipment has nonfunctioning heart rate monitors and the weight lifting equipment needs to be lubricated on a regular basis. I bring a bottle of lube for certain pcs of equipment (back extensions in particular) because they need it badly. Otherwise, I am satisfied with the cost and overal experience.
I like coming to Spunk Fitness because everyone here are nice and polite, they help when you need something. I also like that when I am done with my workout I feel better about myself.
Love this place because I can tan and go to the gym cheaper than tanning bed! It is nice and clean!
