I will never go here again after my experience. Took up the opportunity for a free consult with the trainer upon signing up for the membership. First few minutes were perfectly fine and normal and the next minute he flipped switches and began to ask me if I was “playing with him” and wanted to see my ID. He accused me (a 19 year old girl) of being a secret shopper and that I wasn’t taking him serious or paying attention which is far from the truth. Said he was done with the consult and walked out. I thought I was the only one that felt that way. I felt really stupid asking for anything. I gave up asking for a shirt. I stopped going and forgot I still have a membership until I heard some people talking about problems stopping charges and not getting stuff in ads. Sounds like I have to go there to cancel, because I have to use their form. I guess feeling stupid asking how to cancel is better than being stupid and paying for something I don't even use.
Beware of hidden fees. Cancellation must be IN WRITING or you will be continuously billed. Suggest cancelling a few months in advance of when you plan to cancel. Will not honor advertised promises without constant complaining on your part. Do not mistake the smiling apology as an excuse for not holding up their end. That consideration WILL NOT be extended to you. Make sure you have someone with you, because there is rarely more than one staff person on, so obviously your safety is not a major concern. I enjoy Spunk because everyone is always very friendly and helpful. The price is unbeatable and it is very spacious.
I have the $19.99 membership, which is why I enjoy coming to Spunk Fitness. I can tan and workout. I also enjoy that I can bring a free guest with me each time.

Spunk is an enjoyable fitness center. It has a large variety of strength training equipment as well as cardio. Sub nights are great, thanks for those!
The staff at Spunk are very friendly and willing to help when I have questions. The place is clean and welcoming.
