SPT has changed my life. Physical therapy is tough and demanding. If you want your life to change for the better, stick with it no matter what. One day you will look up and realize that you are as close to your old self as possible. Grind on and you will be rewarded.
I received top notch physical therapy before and after knee replacement surgery. Once you get past a bit of an unwelcoming front desk experience, absolutely everyone is highly knowledgeable, caring, responsive, and personable. My surgeon was so impressed with my recovery he asked, who is your PT?? Dr. Marina Pavlenko at Sports PT in Bellevue. I highly recommend!

If you only read one review, let this be it! When I first started going to Sports Physical Therapy a year ago, I had little hope for healing my back pain. I was diagnosed with degenerative disk disease in my early 30s and began suffering intense flare-ups of excruciating back pain every nine months or so.
