I had a bad lower back issue which was attributed by a orthopedic doc after reviewing a lower-back MRI to mild stenosis and arthritis. My GP suggested I try PT. So I went to SPT in Bellevue to see if PT would help. The SPT practitioner's analysis attributed my lower back pain to probable traumatization of small muscle(s) in my upper buttocks. SPT’s Bellevue location is a good size with lots of natural light, and it’s clean. I went for several months and worked with pretty much everyone. The people are friendly and know their stuff. They listen well, and they always have a new strategy if the current one isn’t working. At the start, I was in a lot of pain and facing surgery if physical therapy didn’t help. I’m happy and relieved that I’m feeling a ton better. No surgery for me. If I ever need physical therapy again, SPT will be my go-to place.
