A SPS technician came to my house to repair a newly purchased AO Smith water heater due to defective burner assembly unit. I highly recommend this company because their technicians are professional and knowledgeable about their work. And they are patient when answering my questions. No hot water to use in cold winter is terrible. Now my water heater is back on working again. Very happy about it :)
