Ruben was quite thorough in his diagnosis of our problematic water heater. After his investigation, he explained the problem with the water heater in detail and offered various solutions. He also patiently answered all my questions. Highly recommended. We also had to replace our old tank water heater with tankless water heater. The job done by Steven and Ruben was again immaculate and professional. If you have any plumbing needs, I highly recommend SPS Plumbing.

SPS Plumbing - Water Heater Repair & Installation was disappointing. The technician appeared unsure about the issue and gave conflicting information. The repair took longer than expected, and shortly after service, the water heater started having problems again. Getting a prompt response for follow-up was difficult. Overall, I expected more reliable and professional service but was let down by their lack of communication and efficiency.
Highly recommend the services of SPS Plumbing. They were very professional, knowledgeable, timely and thorough in providing multiple services to us recently. They had full transparency and breakdown of costs that they shared prior to their visit. Ruben provided excellent service.and Vanessa was proactive in her interactions. Steven went above and beyond to provide us immediate help. We highly recommend SPS and will have them on our speed dial for handling our future plumbing issues.
