Spruce Knolls is a great place to live. The property manager Ali is great and very attentive. Maintenance is always done timely. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. On and all Spruce Knolls is a great place to live.
I really enjoy living here, the community and people are kind and respectful of one another. The Office manager is very responsive to calls, texts, & Emails. The maintenance crew are fast efficient and very helpful. The grounds are well kept, plowing is great and overall a great place to live. I know most look at a review and say well there must be something bad about the place - If I HAD to say something to improve (not bad) on it would be the lighting in the parking areas are not very good , or that the back of 1 building ... read more
