Ali is so RUDE & unprofessional they're over priced apartments and she acts like there HERS she messes with the website mind you there on 640sq Ft. they only rent to people THEY KNOW.
The new manager is very professional and I am very pleased with her quick responses
Professional & helpful staff. Quiet community and most people are friendly. Lina, the PM is always willing to help you where she can, keeps this place running well. You can't please everyone, especially people who are already miserable. Everyone's experience here starts with who they are to begin with. Some like rules, some don't.
Spruce Knoll is a Neighborhood. A place where people get to know one another and treat each other with warmth and respect. Lina is the best manager I have seen here in years and Orlando, our maintance manager, goes beyond his duties to be helpful. If you are not content here than perhaps you are simply discontent.
