We've had a leak in the garage since we moved in. We called them multiple times and they pretended not to know although they sealed it in the past before we moved it. My experience with Korine at spruce view apartments has been horrible. It took her 5 days to tell me what information was missing despite my calls and emails. Then, when I asked to view a unit her response was very unprofessional and unwelcoming. She assumed I had a criminal background without even doing a background check. she hung the phone on me when all I did was ask her why it took so long for her to get back at me. She doesn't seem to want people to move or she just didn't want me to at least I can't tell to be hon
