Dr. Lee is so passionate about patient care - I can trust her recommendations about my teeth 100% because it’s clear that her primary goal is to do what’s best for the patient. Sad to say but it’s hard to find that these days. And whenever she does work on my teeth, the work is done in the most detailed and impeccable way. Also want to give a shout-out to her dental assistant, Christina - she’s very experienced and confident, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I sat down in the dentist chair!
To start off, the dental assistant Elaine took the most comprehensive set of diagnostic images ever! She was not only kind but made me feel very comfortable. Then Dr. Lee came in to do a thorough exam, and even though she had to deliver some bad news about my teeth, I could tell she was sincerely concerned about my long-term dental health. She was kind, courteous, and compassionate but most importantly, highly skilled and meticulous! I’ll definitely be going back to Spruce Roots!

Dr. Willis cares about her patients. She stays up on the latest technology and advancements that make procedures better for her patients. She’s kind and patient with those who struggle with certain aspects of their dental care. She’s willing to answer questions and explain the why behind things.
I saw Dr Lee for my fourth crown on my last upper molar, despite its difficult location, she did an amazing job: efficient, smooth, and painless! Assistant, Michelle was also very friendly and did a superb job making my temporary crown fit just perfectly:) Spruce Roots Dentistry is the best in town!
Margaret Lee was rushed, rude, extremely antagonizing, condescending and told me point blank that I did not fit with her practice. I will not be returning for further psychological degradation. The multi-chair open-room treatment facility is entirely inappropriate for such a personal and degrading conversation. Margaret Lee seemed all too aware that her colleagues and their patients where privy to every word said and made repeated indications with her head that we were being eavesdropped on. Dr. Willis and her staff are all great, a pleasure to deal with. They are all awesome and accommodating and happy to answer any and all concerns. Today I had an emergency and they fit me into their schedule. Always appreciate their expert care and friendly personalities??
