We lived in this apartment, Spruce Ridge Gardens for two years, and it was truly a beautiful, comfortable experience from start to finish. The entire management team deserves all the praise. The cleaning staff kept the building spotless, the maintenance team was always quick, skilled, and friendly, and the administrative office staff were consistently professional, supportive, and pleasant to work with. I recently moved into Spruce Ridge Gardens and Estates Apartments and the experience has been great so far. The management person "Priyanka" has been friendly and helpful from day one. She was very responsive and replied immediately to all my calls and texts. My move-in went smoothly with Vishal's help and any questions I’ve had were answered quickly. Maintenance also responded to my first request within a few hours, which I really appreciated. The location is convenient, with public bus stop very near by.
The place is awesome! Comfortable apartment with beautiful view! There are plenty of sidewalks, a nearby viewpoint, a park and river, and even a grocery store! And I am very happy that Vishal is my manager
