I wouldn’t ever recommend ever living here. Neighbors smoked for a full year inside, owners never enforced the smoking policy. After 25+ points of contact they finally come out and have an “expert” check it out, which was their lack luster handyman. They came back and said there was no signs of smoking, when I asked for results the property manager couldn’t answer. Upkeep of the building is nonexistent.
