Owner is very sweet and thoughtful, the apartments themselves are cozy and well maintained/clean. It is quiet, gated, has a pool, and the trash bins are kept clean. Neighbors are also very kind (as of the time of this review). Attached garage is great for charging L1 EVs, and there is plenty of extra parking for other cars and guests. Pet friendly! Within biking range of restauraunts, banks, Fresno State, etc. Highly recommend!
Old run down and you can hear everyone's garage opening / shaking morning and nights. No insulation to sound in this complex is older
