No call box for visitors or packages. Bugs. Management torn over is high. Nobody ever seems to be available by phone, email or in person. Of they are, they act as though it's a bother for them.
This was where I rented my first 1bdr. Apt. I had just had my 1st Son and I moved in October of 89 1 month before My 18th Birthday. Lol My Mom had to Co-sign for me because I was under age. Building going down do to drug activity and strangers in the building. Rent going up because of changes in the area. Many changes are happening without tenants knowing why or when. Terrible place to live. You realize that, just by taking a walk through.
