Absolutely the best customer service! We booked a super last minute stay due to a flat tire when traveling from out of town. They had the cottage ready in thirty minutes, were SO accommodating! The cottage was perfect and worked out well for our family.Would 1000% stay again.
I was looking for a hotel on Google near Lexington Ohio due to attending the Mid Ohio races. Found Spruce Hill inn & cottages. Pictures of place looked nice so booked a cottage on their website for myself, my husband and son. Arrived Saturday late afternoon and when we turned onto the lane, both sides of the road had grass 2 feet high! My husband said "are you sure this is the right place?" This is our second time staying here and it’s relaxing and quiet! The owner is very responsive with questions and concerns! We will back in a couple months! :)
My partner and I absolutely loved this place, it is a little ran down on the outside but absolutely beautiful inside the rooms IMO. It was small and cozy perfect for two..will be coming back for my birthday get away.
