Our business travels brought us to Snow Trails so we booked right nearby at Spruce Hill Inn and Cottages. We enjoyed our stay so much! Service was exceptional- they reached out to us while we were still on the road to let us know which cottage we had and that it was ready for us. We arrived later in the evening and they met us outside to make sure we had everything we needed. The room was clean and welcoming, every last detail was clearly thought of. We stayed in one of their cottages, very clean nice attention to detail in a very welcoming atmosphere. staff was very helpful. definitely be staying there again in the future.
So disappointed with this place. The pictures and reviews are years old. It is now run down, not cared for, and dirty. Would never stay here again.
Unfortunately, our stay was so miserable at the Victorian Manor that we left and booked other arrangements. The Manor house was dirty with cobwebs and dead bugs everywhere. There were flies coming out of the disposer. There were broken and/or missing fixtures and light bulbs throughout the premises. Some bedrooms and around the outside of the house was being used for storage. The house has no closets to hang clothes. This place is an absolute dump! Broken down cars all over. Half the cabins look like they are being used as Mamet houses. Broken down RV right outside our cabin door that somebody apparently lived in as a dog was frequently seen in the windows. Bugs all over the place inside the cabin. Motel 6 would have been a better option and a quarter of the price.
