I was not in the shop today. We are obligated. To issue refunds to a client in the same payment form as the purchase. It is my understanding you brought a bracelet back without tags or a receipt and were requesting a cash refund. Though you said it was paid for by Amex. I would be happy to take a look at the bracelet and if it is in original condition credit your Amex
