My first visit to Spruce Dental was great. They got me in same day for a broken crown. Staff was friendly and efficient. Treatment plan is in place and I feel like I’m in really good hands with Dr Valenta and the Spruce Dental team.
Always pleasant and the staff is very helpful. They are accommodating as my wife has MS with no motor function from her neck down. They are very patient and helpful getting her settled and comfortable. Pain is minimal and they are very professional and polite.
Warning for New Patients!!! If you are considering becoming a patient at this clinic, I strongly recommend reading the reviews carefully and verifying your dental insurance benefits and exact eligibility dates yourself before scheduling or agreeing to treatment. My experience has been that the clinic may provide good dental care, but when it comes to insurance and billing, patients should not assume that a scheduled appointment, treatment plan, or cost estimate means the service will ultimately be covered as expected.
