They repaired an old family ring that had been sitting in a drawer for years because of a damaged setting. Seeing it restored and wearable again was genuinely emotional. They treated it with the care something sentimental deserves.
I needed a necklace cleaned before a family photo session and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they handled it. The piece had become dull over the years, but it came back sparkling. The staff also shared a few maintenance tips that I found genuinely useful.
