Update: Worst renting experience I've had in my life. I don't even know where to begin. Maintenance technicians broke a window and left glass all over the floor. When I messaged management, they responded with just an extremely rude "did you try vacuuming?". Management frequently sent rude, condescending, all caps emails to tenants regarding trash policy, etc. The gate didn't work the entire time we rented from this joke of a company, and homeless people would frequently enter and go through the trash, one time a very intoxi... read more
Nice building but ran by an awful property management company. Maintenance will drag their feet and then lie about what work was done and in turn will charge you out the butt for what very little work they did do. Stay away from WDC properties and Ekoliving (owners of spruce apartment) unless you like being nickel and dimed monthly.
Great people working here. Management was really great to work with. They seemed to have made a lot of changes from the days of these horrible reviews from years ago. Beautiful property. Im really happy with my townhome here! Cool layout with Tons of storage.alarm system in unit, very cool neighborhood, I really enjoy it here.
