I made an online reservation on their website Saturday afternoon for 12. Called to confirm Sunday morning at 8:45 am. The person who answered the phone said that Sprouts doesn't check their website for any online reservations. So I tried to make one for 12 at 11:30. she went to check and came back on the line and said they could do 11 am but no wait...you won't have time to eat because you need to leave by 12. I have never been disappointed at Sprouts. Until today. I ordered my steak Med Rare and got it well. Sent it back and got raw. I brought it home to cook it myself. Good flavor though. I think the Waiter left it in the window to long. There was other problems, but I don't want to sound mean. In truth I am doing this review So When I Come Back, it's good again!
Several of us had to send back our drinks they were not made correctly. The food was dry. Not the best experience I have ever had in Quincy.
