Since Sprout opened this summer, I have been eating there at least twice a week. I have become more in tune with what I put into my body. After learning more about vegetarianism, I have not given up meat completely, but I have cut down. I have also increased the amount of fruits and veggies I eat, and eliminated processed foods. I have lost 20 pounds, with 15 more to go. The food is that good. My doctor is amazed, as I had tried for 2 years to lose the weight, and failed miserably every time.
