I just tried Sprout for the first time this evening and I am impressed! I had the "Falafill Dream" which is a warm pita with baked falafel, hummus, spinach, carrot, tomato, and tahini dressing (you can add other veggies if desired). The baked falafel was delicious, as was the tahini dressing. For dessert, I just happened to notice the vegan banana pudding in the cold case next to the register. O. M. G! It was incredible! If you like Mediterranean food or are vegetarian or vegan, do not miss out on this gem in Catonsville!

My first time today and WOW!! I had the Spicy Island wrap. It was one of the most delish vegan sandwich I have ever had!! I also had a Pure Green juice and sampled a few other yummy juices. The food was fantastic and the people were awesome. It is about an hour away, but can't wait to go back soon!! Harford County NEEDS a Sprout Natural Choice!!
The macaroni and cheese was incredible! So was tee chipotle black bean burger. This will become a regular stop when I'm in Catonsville!
