If I could give them NO stars I would. All of the people I dealt with (underwriters, closing team, etc.) were either untrained, incompetent or liars. Nothing they promised came true. Junk fees in thousands of dollars never disclosed until close of escrow. If you value sanity go somewhere else for a loan!

This company is fraudulent. I cancelled my services with them in March. And they have been taking a big amount of money a month. I do not know for what but they keep taking it. I don't know how they got my bank account information, but they did. Will be filing a lawsuit with this company for damages and fee's

Hi ***, the charges are for the credit monitoring membership you enrolled into to start the qualification process here at Sprout. It is not fraudulent as we gather all information needed for the enrollment directly from you, the client. As a show of good faith, we are happy to cancel this membership and offer a refund of $149.00.
They seem to be very shady. If you sign up for their loan pre-qual for a dollar make sure you read the fine print that after 14 days they will charge you $29 per month for "credit updates" that gets sent to your spam or trash. If you were paying $30 for a service why would it get sent to spam? I am wondering how much money they make off people not reading the drop down fine print and accepting the terms, paying the $1, and then the charge getting lost on their bank statement.

Stephanie, after enrolling in the credit monitoring it says to add our email to your address book so it does not get sent to spam. It's common for that to happen when receiving an email from a new address. Terms and conditions are clearly stated on enrollment page as well. Unfortunately the process didn’t go as smooth as I was hoping. Sprouts Financial failed to fulfill their promises and I wasn’t able to open new credit cards. I and Mike discussed my case three times before I signed the papers. I made it very clear that 2 years ago I enrolled in debt management program and closed all my credit cards.
