I have a phone number I have had for 3 years now. I have had the number long enough that all calls and texts for the previous owner have stopped long ago. Today I got a text message from this company for the previous owner of the number. Now that's fine, odd, but fine. My problem is when I clicked on one of the links in the text it took me to way more info about the previous owner than I should have seen, I now know previous owners full name and iCloud email. This bank delays all the approval because the underwriting team has no idea about basic laws in this country because all the underwriting is outsourced to India! I had 4 closings in the past year ( COVID year 2020) this was my worst experience in the entire life!!! Never use this company!!!!!

The Sprout Financial representatives were very professional, friendly, and always willing to take time to answer all my questions. They made the process simple and explained each step along the way. All of my hard inquiries were removed successfully and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I would highly recommend using Sprout!

I have been very happy with Sprout. I wish I had the name of the gentleman who was my first point of contact, but unfortunately, I don't remember it. But I do remember how patient he was with me, answering all my questions, sometimes more than once, to make sure I understood the process. And with Greg my account manager, that level of communication has stayed consistent. They have made some great progress in my credit and setting me up for a personal line of credit and it has been so easy.

Back on September 17th 2019, I had posted a complaint. I'm here to tell you that, since than the gentleman that we were dealing with is no longer with the company. We recieved a phone call from one of sprout's managers, and have since been working with them. This company is truly making everything right for us. We can't express our many many thank you's to Steve!! We were on the phone with him for hour/hour and half. Steve was very sincere and very apologetic about what had happened. 10/15/2019 This was my first time applying for a line of credit. The representatives at Sprout Financial were very helpful in explaining any queries that I had as the process progressed. and at the end listening to my concerns and allowing me to decide on final decisions.
