For all the people trying to find this dentist I'm in the same boat as yall. I had already paid them almost 4 thousand dollars for my daughter's braces and just paid another 1000 to another dentist to take them off. I am super pissed. My daughter had not been seen since December and after calling numerous times to get ahold of them because they supposedly moved offices and never found them I was told they went bankrupt. It's hard for me to leave a bad review for any business. Sprout family dentistry has forced me to spill my truths. Simply stated, if you want professional, timely service, Sprout is not the place for you. HORRIBLE experience with the Dr. Shawn Thompson Banks and her entire staff.

HORRIBLE! They took for ever to send me my retainer and as a Result I have a GAP! Service here is horrible.

From the waiting area to the Consolation room everyone was nice and kept me informed of what was happening next! The wait wasn't long considering that my son was a new patient, and the staff was super customer service friendly! Thanks to the Receptionist and Doctor Carlos for making our visit comfortable!! Looking forward to seeing you all again when it's time for my son to get his Braces!
The staff is great. Really put my kids at ease, so much so that my daughter wants to go to the dentist for everything. � Nice job!
I've always been greeted when I come into the office. There is always a wait in any doctor's office. So I bring something to keep me occupied while my children are waiting to be seen. My children like coming to this office and we will continue to do so.
