If I could give it a zero I would. So many red flags. She took everything we told her about our toddler and used it to manipulate the report. For example, one random act of shyness she turned it into my son freezes up like a statue whenever we take him out of the house. Highly fabricated from what we actually said. Lied about eye contact when my son was legitimately looking at her for joint attention. Why would anyone administrator lie about a child's behavior? Who benefits from this system? We are so thankful for Sprout Evaluation Center. The process has been incredibly smooth. We have had four of our children evaluated at Sprout. All of the Staff is incredible! Courtney is very prompt with phone calls and will make sure she lets you know if any openings become available. Courtney is friendly, talkative, and so understanding. Lyneah is amazing. I went there in 2024 and the person who was diagnosed me had a huge attitude because I wasn't understanding her questions. Okay? Maybe stop asking me difficult questions then I will answer your stupid questions.. Anyways don't come here it was a 3 hour appointment for me. Waist of my time that day. Plus she didn't tell me how long it was gonna take she is rude and has a nasty attitude!.🤢🤮
Really nice people that work here. Lyneah diagnosed my son with level 2 autism, and it all makes sense now. Professional and trustworthy.
Appreciate that they got us in on a Saturday before the year ended. Great communication. No wait time on evaluation day. Faster than expected to receive the evaluation report. Evaluation report was just like how I thought it would be. Great place to get an evaluation. We’re very satisfied. Thank you.
