Can’t ever get in contact with them. Great merchandise but poor on communication. I was told mask will be delivered 72 hrs... turned into 3 months. I contact multiple times and got no body!! I applied for a refund from my bank and now I get an email later from them requesting there money back or they will come after me.. I’m sorry pick up your damn phone or answer a email !!!
We had a hiccup with the original order arriving with half of the order and it was a substitute item because the listed item wasn't in stock. The seller did not contact me prior to shipping the substitute part. UPDATE! I contacted the seller and they were going to fulfill the missing items. After a week with no confirmation of fulfillment of the remaining order I left a negative review on eBay, but the seller saw this negative review and contacted me directly.
