I’ve been turning wrenches for over 40 years, even worked as a professional mechanic before becoming a fireman, but I’ve never had or even worked on a Sprinter, let alone a 2006 MB diesel. I’m extremely hard of hearing, my hearing aids don’t seem to help, I rely on reading lips, so the language barrier was slightly challenging for me. The team there at Sprinter Repair and Service handled all of my service needs expertly. I had some rodent wire damage repaired as well as the fluids for transmission, differential and breaking all replaced. All was done very quickly. I enjoyed working with them and will be back.
Recently purchased a 2015 Leisure Travel Van with about 83,000 miles. I had been doing my research and it looked like this was a good place to get Spinter service done. While I was there, they gave it a good inspection and showed me a few areas to address. Rats had done some damage near top of the engine and they took care of those as well as regular work that was due. The most exceptional repair shop we ever been. Sasha provided full written information, estimates, visually showed us what is wrong with our van, every time kept us updated. Million stars for everyone’s communication and help of great mechanic!
