I had a really big issue awhile back with the way I was treated at the store and with the phone I received. I just this past week got that whole situation taken care of by getting a new phone and I love it! I want to say thank you to the Sprint store for making things right again and that I am a satisfied customer!
I juar changed my plan from T-Mobile to Sprint and upgraded to the iPhone 7. I was helped by Brian Johnson who cut my bill in half and was absolutely the most knowledgeable salesman I have ever met. Brian Showed me multiple features I was not aware of and other the tech tips that I have already used and will be using in the future!
