Very friendly and helpful. I was ready to cancel my service but now ive upgraded.
When we first switched to Sprint, we were happy with our new cell service, but every time we called a call center for help with something, we would get conflicting answers. We ended up going to this Sprint store and the staff members were VERY helpful and even more knowledgeable. Now when we have issues we go to them first. It made the transition much easier and we haven't had any issues since. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Stopped in quick, service was HELPFUL, uber cool, and the dudes working were fun AND possibly single, so LADIES - go get an upgrade if ya know what I mean � Restrooms were IMMACULATE!!! As a female who lives with three boys, I would hire dem associates to teach my kid to scrub a toilet! Go Cubs!!

made the switch from att, and i couldn't be happier. i'm getting basically the same features but paying $17 less a month! coverage and reception seems great! and the referral program is pretty sweet too. Go Sprint!
