I used Sprint Mover to move our daughter and son out of a 2 bedroom upstairs apartment and into a 2 story house. Joseph and Hisham showed up as expected and we're ready to go. These guys were great! And, they handled our stuff with care and respect. Very helpful, even when I added extra work. Plus, they had everything moved, reassembled, and in its place within the minimum time frame so it didn't cost any extra. Thank you very much Joseph and Hisham!!
I expect a full refund for this completely unacceptable moving experience. I booked a 1:00–4:00 PM moving window. The movers didn't arrive until 5:16 PM I spent hours calling customer service for answers. No one proactively contacted me to explain the delay. I later found out my original movers had been replaced without anyone notifying me because when I called it was someone else.
