My appliances (stove, refrigerator and dishwasher) are under a warranty and that maintenance check was 12.5.18. Dishwasher parts were then ordered and everything else seemed ok. On Christmas Day I discovered my large oven would not hold its temperature, ruined a dinner course, and repair guy came out 12.28.18 to confirm the problem and ordered that part. I could not right a review without leaving a star, no negative star was offered, so I had to leave 1 star. I am senior citizen and a Vietnam veteran, I feel they are taking advantage of me. If I could give 0 stars I would! We have been trying to get our fridge repaired for over four months now. The warranty we have is through a *****plan. I have missed 7 days of work for this issue. There have been no call no shows, cancellations on their end and even had to come out twice to “get part numbers”. Say parts were shipped to us. We never received. So they said they would get them. This is NOT a good repair service. Find someone/anyone else to do your repair. I did and the next place fixed it FIRST time. Sprint tried for 3 months and 4 tries with no luck at fixing. They will order parts and NEVER show up to install them. You'll hear a ton of excuses and Valerie (the wife) that is supposed to answer the phone will never pick up the phone nor return your call.

I am responding to the review that was placed today. This unit needed a transmission and 2 other parts. These were ordered on 6/30. Processed on 7/3. Parts take 7-10 business days for them to arrive when they are special order excluding holidays. Eta was any time between 7/14-7/18. Must say after reading the many negative reviews I was not sure what my experience was going to be. Happy to say it was very good. The young lady who answered the phone listened to me while I told her I read some not so positive comments although she did assure me that I would be satisfied with the service. Based upon reviewing Sprints responses to all of the negative reviews here, I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess that Sprints response will say that they pulled my file (based on what? My first name?) and all has been rectified. Nothing to rectify at this point. Perfect situation for them because the reviewers don't have a chance to refute whatever Sprint decides to publish. Had Sprint out 2 months ago with my **** ***** warranty to fix Dryer. They came right out and fixed the problem. 6 weeks later the problem was back so, I called Sprint to find out what the part number was as our warranty had expired. They were very helpful and suggested the warranty company would still honor our contract if our case was open. It turns out they did and I asked for Sprint to do the work. We did do work for this customer in October 2016 and repaired the issue. A new order came thru on 12/7/2016 from warranty company Scheduled for 12/12. Tech that was due to go out to them that day broke his hand that morning on another customer's unit. We contacted warranty company at 11:07(appointment was 8-12) to get assistance to either reschedule customers with us for a different tech on a different day or with another company.
