If I could have given 0 stars I would have, because one star is one too many. I have had the same open ticket for a replacement compressor for my refrigerator since September 2020. For the first several months Sprint communicated with me and said the part was on back order. Since December 2020 they do not answer the phone, they do not return my phone calls, and they do not respond to email. Their customer service in non-existent. Scheduled an appointment. No show, no call. Would not answer the phone. I missed a half a days work.
I have been trying to get ahold of them for the past week to get a compressor installed in a refrigerator that they ordered. Cannot talk to a live person, every time I call it goes to a voicemail and I have left numerous messages with no return phone call. Valerie told ***** that they would call me to set up a time to come out and I have not heard from anybody.
This company contracts with **** ****t Appliance warranty repair. They provide horrible customer service and I have notified **** ****t's corporate office. I directed the corporate office to the BBB website so they could review the both the lack of service and competent repair specialists. The problems range from a complete lack of communication, inability to get in contact with the company, missed appointments, using refurbished non-working parts for their repairs, etc. I would hope that **** ****t removes them from their c... read more

This member's unit is under warranty with ------------. The tech diagnosed the part that was needed and sent the information to the warranty company for them to get the part and they send the part to us. As soon as the part arrived we scheduled the install. The customer called in several times back to back to the warranty company before the part even arrived or was even checked in by the tech that it was here. If I could rate this company below zero I would. We have been dealing with this company for over three weeks trying to get a refrigerator repaired. Valerie does not answer the phone or email. **** *****calls them, we call and email them and no response. The technician came out and said the mother board was shot. Have not heard from them since. They don’t deserve to be in business.
Received several communications indicating that we had an appointment with sprint on 10/19/2020 between 1 and 5. No one showed up or contacted us to tell us that they were running late or not coming. Arranged through *****Warranty Protection Plan. Will not use them again!
This is a joke They are unprofessional and undependable Scheduled appointments denied because of their mistake customers appointment scheduled by not honored Inappropriate customer service
my ***** LG fridge died about 1 month ago. tech came out and said it was the compressor. over the next month, worked with valerie at sprint, the contracted service for *****. they were responsive to my emails and requests for phone call. valerie explained the ***** parts issues on why it was taking so long to find the part. anyway, fridge repaired this week and so far so good.

BEWARE! This company is not reputable. We set-up two different appointments for service on our ********** fridge and neither were kept. Instead, we received a variety of excuses which were offered up as to the reasons for their failure to show up. Correspondence with this firm's representative - Valerie - was highly unprofessional.
