I wanna thank Francisco for all his help! He was the best and was able to fix my issues and explain to me the things I wasn’t understanding! I was about ready to switch phone companies prior to my visit! I’ve had so many issues with the over the phone customer service reps in the past month and I finally just decided to go into the store for help and I’m so happy I did! Thank you again Francisco!
