This place is sleazy. Incident 1: Two years ago I went in with a dead Blackberry battery. They told me the phone was old and Sprint did not even carry, nor could they order, the battery. They proceeded to try to sell me a new phone with of course a new service agreement. Instead of signing up or buying a new phone, i drove to the Monroe street store and asked the same question.
