These negative reviews are absolutely misleading. When my roommate cracked her screen, the reps at this Sprint store were very kindhearted and managed to perform a same-day screen repair, and even went further to install a screen protector. Service at this location? Beyond 100%.

Certain sales associates in the Moline, IL store should stop lying to their customers and saying they are getting a great deal when they are not at all. I have just paid my 8th lease payment on a Samsung Galaxy S9 that was supposed to be free with the purchase of 2 other phones. I have made many phone calls and personal appearances to get this corrected and it has not. I even got a voice mail saying that it had been taken care of and it had not. They are very helpful! They do what they can for you.
Went to get an upgrade and crappy network would not allow me to properly reset my iCloud password. Now, locked out from doing that, has me have to wait 24 hours to reset this stupid IPhone. The staff could not even help out the situation. Now, I have to once again go out of my way to get my stupid upgrade. Sprint has got to be the worst customer service and the slowest provider EVER!
